Food Process Systems is rapidly becoming a common name in the breading industry. After years of hearing our customers complain about the limited style of breaders on the market we said "there has to be a better way". With that we pushed all conventional breader designs aside and started from scratch. The most common complaint that we heard was "get rid of the augers". So we did just that. We used our knowledge of belt and vibratory conveyors to design a breader that has no augers. Without augers there is very little crumb breakdown inside of this machine, this means better highlights and more crumb definition. We have been able to apply very tough products such as green Panko crumb and cinnamon and sugar which quickly stall competitive machines. Our breader also uses much less breading to charge the machine this mean less waist at the end of the day.
