Compact Breader
The versatile FPS Compact Breader delivers excellent coverage for nearly any type of product or coating, all within a very small footprint.
Hopper with Infeed Conveyor
With just four drives, the 6 1/2-foot-long Compact Breader is easy to use and maintain. Its open, heavy-gauge stainless steel design, featuring support frame tubes turned on the diamond, makes the machine easy to clean as well.
Like all of FPS's innovative breaders, the Compact Breader features the biased-plane recycling conveyor that not only enhances operator safety, but also pampers breading as augers can't.
The Compact Breader receives product from any appropriately sized conveyor with extended nose discharge. Product travels through the breader on a WBOA Flat Flex wire transport belt and passes under both a compacting roller and air knife built into the breader's frame. There is room on the frame for an additional roller and air knife, if necessary.
The Compact Breader package comes complete with a bulk-capacity hopper (approx. 240 lbs.) and breading infeed conveyor controlled by internal level sensors within the Compact Breader.
